filmambiente, International Environmental Film Festival, shows the best recent films and videos on environmental issues, to create awareness, provoke debate and to widen knowledge and conscience on the need of urgent changes in the behavior of people, governments and companies, in order to preserve the planet.
The second edition of filmambiente will happen from August 31st to September 6th, in Rio de Janeiro.

Amado arte&produção, a company based in Rio de Janeiro, produces audiovisual for cinema, television and internet. Its recent productions include the television series A Turma do Pererê, EBC/TVBrasil (2009), the feature films Korda, directed by Marcos Andrade (2005), Forbidden to Forbid, directed by Jorge Durán (2006) and the feature documentaries Raffle off My heart, directed by Ana Rieper (2012), Transcendendo Lynch, directed by Marcos Andrade (2010), Hercules 56, directed by Silvio DaRin (2007), Seven Generations into the future, directed by Carole Hart (local producer Brazil – 2005) and the first edition of filmambiente 2011.
Tabuleiro das Baianas was founded in 2006 to produce film events, like the Cinema Dialogs festival (2007- Rio de janeiro), the Exhibition 50 years of French African Films (Salvador - 2009), and films as the short film Dona Araci (2008), desides videos for industries and non commercial companies.
