Agostinho Vieira

Brazilian, has been a journalist for more than 25 years. He was a reporter and editor at local/city political sections and is a columnist on sustainability and environmental issues on O Globo newspaper. Vieira has a master degree on Environmental Management at Coppe / UFRJ.

He will mediate the panel Environment: Evolution of themes and Approach for the Last 20 years, that will take place September 9th, 6:30PM, at Oi Futuro Ipanema.

French, director of the Belo Monte, Amazon under High Tension film, part of The Future is Here showcase.

Aline Alcântara

Aline is a Brazilian filmmaker, cultural producer and environmental activist. Short-films juror 2014.

Andrea Pichler

Italian, director of the film The Venice Syndrome, in competition.

Carlos Teófilo

Portuguese, a lawyer and professor, is member of the board of Cine’Eco - Environmental Film Festival of Serra da Estrela. Feature documentary juror 2014.

Christophe Vauthey

Born in the French part of Switzerland, he is the Deputy Consul General of Switzerland in Rio de Janeiro. He is also a film producer, an awarded short films director and a writer. Feature documentary juror 2014.

American, director of Bidder 70, in competition.

Argentine, editor of the film Green Desert, in competition.

Gustavo Ballesté

Mexican, is the Co-Director of Cinema Planeta, environmental film festival of Cuernavaca. Feature documentary juror 2014.

Lana Henriques Lo Bianco

Brazilian, has a degree in Communication and is specialized in Cinema at PUC-RJ. Short films juror 2014.

Luiz Adelmo Manzano

Brazilian, director of the film Now and Then, in competition.

Mario Branquinho

Portuguese, graduated in Social Sciences with a Master degree in Animation Arts. Is the director and founder of Cine’Eco, the only international environmental film festival taking place in Portugal.

Will participate in the panel Environment: Themes and its Approach Evolution in the Last 20 years.

Marcio Atalla

Brazilian, professor of Physical Edu specialized in Training for High Performance, and graduate in Nutrition. Presenter of the film Now and Then, in competition.

Noale Toja

Brazilian, pedagogical coordinator of Production and an educator at the School of Arts and Technology Oi Kabum! Rio. Short films juror 2014.

Paula Saldanha

Brazilian journalist and writer, has been directing for the last twenty years the TV show Expeditions, co-produced by her production company RW Cine and TV Brazil. Paula is the president of the Institute Paula Saldanha, dedicated to environmental and cultural projects.

She will participate on the panel Environment: Evolution of themes and Approach for the Last 20 years, that will take place September 9th, 6:30PM, at Oi Futuro Ipanema.

Pierre Monnard

Swiss, director of the film Recycling Lily, part of the Swiss Films Showcase.

Sérgio Besserman

Brazilian economist and environmentalist, he is the Chairman of the Technical Board of Sustainable Development of the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro. Besserman is a Professor at the Department of Economics of PUC-RJ.
